That was a horrendous throw but to be fair his own RB (#4) barely made a play for that ball… just watched as his defender stepped in front and caught it.

I didn’t watch the game but WTF was that throw. OMG
This was a bad call by your offense overall. In that situation you have to just play it safe and either throw a quick pass or just inside run/ qb sneak to get some space for your punter. You put to much pressure on every player to be perfect on that play as so many mistakes end with a safety.
