I saw this at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. A pretty good strong debut film from A.V. Rockwell. Teyana Taylor gave a strong performance for her character and Rockwell’s direction was pretty good. There are some pacing issues and elements in the story that could do better but the overall film is pretty solid.
Awful poster. I thought it was a rotisserie chicken with a woman’s head at first.
Cool poster!
I bought a ticket to see this online at Sundance but they were really cracking down on VPN’s. I managed to sell my ticket but I was bummed. I’m really looking forward to seeing this. Love this poster
But when it comes to my local indie theater I’m sure it will have a boring ass photo of a character looking sad as the main theatrical poster
this is gorgeous
