Aww I hope she calms down and warms up, being afraid of everything would be a horrible life. I’m glad she’s got a nice space to be with her bebes thank you op for fostering!

What a rare sight! Fun fact: orange kitties are generally male by a large majority, so seeing a mommy orange kitty isn’t very common. And to top it off, she has all orange babies!

    So cute!!
I would have totally named them after types of oranges!

Seville, Clementine, Valencia, Cara Cara, Lima, Tangelo, Tarocco, Joppa, Morro…

I hope mom gets comfy and feels safe. Thank you for helping her and her family!!

always loved to watch how a cat takes care of her children and sometimes it’s even funny, especially those moments when a child crawls into some places and the cat takes him by the neck with his teeth and with an important gait carries him back to the place where they should be

Is it normal for mama cats to be super aggressive? My fathers cat had her kittens under my bed one night. In the morning I got out of bed and was pretty viciously attacked lol. I jumped back on my bed crying for my father. She chased him out and I had to basically do a Olympics grade vault to the doorway when my bladder was just too full to ignore.

My wife and I found a Feral mom under the house with 6 kittens 10 years ago. Moma lives in a heated house up on the porch elevated and away from danger. 4 kittens are house cats here and 2 are with the daughters. 4 of them are Polydactyl. Boris looks like he has giant fuzzy slippers.

I bring ferals into my home. I have 5 now. They have become yr best cats I ever had! Yes, it takes time to gain trust-but once they do-you are theirs forever

She has such a sweet face.

Hopefully you’re able to familiarize her with human contact. She looks like she would make an amazing cuddle buddy.

I miss familiarizing the feral fosters I looked after at the SPCA. It was always so rewarding when they finally started to head butt your hand for pets.

Now this might be a dumb question but when a feral cat has kittens does this mean that the babies will also be feral or does that just depend on their upbringing ?
