Mobile Chernobyl. My first sea tour happened on the Enterprise from 02-06.
Looks like the ship is heading home from a deployment. No planes on deck and lots of civilians milling around ergo a Tiger cruise. Source I served onboard the Carl Vinson in the 80’s and have seen this firsthand but a few years before Top Gun not after.
