Milk 250g
Whole milk powder 60g
Sugar 40g
Condensed milk 40g
White chocolate 40g
Whipping cream 350g
– Mix the 2 egg yolks, Milk 250g, Whole milk powder 60g, Sugar 40g, & Condensed milk 40g
– Stir over med heat until thickened
– Pour through a fine mesh strainer
– Add the white chocolate & stir until mixed completely
– Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2hrs
– Make the whipping cream and completely integrate into the first mixture
– Pipe into mold and freeze 10hrs
