9/10 times I say “this remake should be made, sure why not” this time I’m thinking we truly have run out of original ideas.
There is absolutely nothing about that movie that will be improved by a remake… Particularly not a shot-for-shot one.
It’s a proven formula and it’s working. Remake, better song singer etc it works for Disney look at the returns – new audience demographic plus the nostalgic hit your on a winning one
As long as it still works in the points from Queen Bees and Wannabes, it may be worth a watch
