There was one house I went to visit. The first thing I noticed was the smell… through the door… while it was still closed. 6 dogs, 3 cats and lots of trash and rotting food. I walked in and informed them I’d wait in the car. 🤮

I would have said I will take them off if you provide me slippers to wear inside. Perfectly fine to have outside shoes and inside slippers. And yeah I can see why their vacuum broke!
Cable guy here. Sometimes I wear the boot covers to protect the floor from the boots. Sometimes to protect the boots from the floor.
As a cable tech we had disposable booties we were given to wear in customer homes to not track mud and shit inside. We would say they served a double purpose in houses like these to keep our boots clean…
