When Valorant came out I was one of the first people in my friend group to play it and I was decent because I play a lot of tactical shooters. When I started playing with my friend group I’d always be 2nd top Fragger because one of my friends is a CSGO pro but the others usually were below me but nowadays I can barely keep up with them.
I had a friend like this. We’d play say…Mortal Kombat and he’d be Jacquie Briggs and just spam the gun special and win every time…. until I figured out a way to counter it and then he had no combos and I’d beat his ass.
Then we couldn’t play that game anymore, (it was his system and games) so he’d put in Street Fighter and do the same shit. Pick a character and spam a move until I figured out how to counter it and beat his ass.
Then I couldn’t play his system anymore. That didn’t stop me from non stop making fun of him for being worse than me at the game lol
