This is one of the results of The Master stealing The Doctor’s regeneration last year. He set about causing chaos and pinning all the blame on his frenemy.
Why is this in funny?? Hitting children with cars is not funny.
Also, anyone who thinks it is always OK to drive everywhere at the speed limit needs some driving lessons!
* If the motorway is covered in ice or obscured by fog, it is irresponsible to drive at 70mph.
* If you are driving on a country road, and you approach a sharp blind bend or a humpback bridge, the speed limit may be 50mph, but it is not safe to drive at that speed.
* Most obviously of all, if there are children playing in a residential street, you need to slow down waaay below 30mph…
Ok so how fast am i allowed to hit children?
Wait I thought we banned hitting children 🤷🏻♂️ I did t realise there’s a speed limit on it too 😂
Clearly was the 13th Doctor.
me: visible confusion
i know different laws everywhere but here where i live even on speed limit its, indeed, too fast to hit a kid
28mph >> 30km/hr
The TARDIS was moving 28mph through space, but 10,000 years per hour through time. Little Timmy’s spleen is now smeared across the dark ages.
As we all know, it moves much quicker inside than it does outside, though
That is clearly a 30 km per hour sign. So he went to fast
Judge Dexter Dias said it was a “common misconception” that it was “reasonable” to drive just below the speed limit.
Where I am from it’s “reasonable” to drive ~10-20 above the speed limit :/
I am incredibly confused. Can someone explain this for me? Thanks
The people acting like he was going too fast are confusing me, he was 2 mph below the speed limit.
Your speed has to be suitable for the entire situation on the street (weather, sight, etc.), not only below the speed limit.
I remember this story from a few years back. It was clearly a miscarriage of justice. The judge had it in for the driver who’d done nothing wrong.
I’ll give you one guess why..
Is 28 a lot?
So which is the “OK” speed limit to hit a child?
I’ve never seen a single doctor who episode, but this one got me.
Docs got quick hands
Huh. How Ood.
The mph in this case stands for multiverse per hour
Depends what the limit was

Lol
Is the sign in KPH? Cause that would.make sense then.
Yes. Children must be hit at 25mph or less.
Well it move through time not space…
Opens Tardis door and looks down at injured kid:
“O bother. Are you Allright? (Massive smile)”
..
..
..
“Jellybaby?”
Eats Shoots & Leaves?
Same judge : Doctor who hit child at 8mph was too slow.
i had to read this about 4 times to get it XD
