game saves and game installs are different things
Apples to oranges comparison. Memory cards allowed you to save your progress on the days when consoles had no hard drives. The second is to expand the existing memory on your console and its no different from the removable hard drives on the xbox 360 or using a usb device on the ps3. And if this is some pc guy patting himself on the back BS let me remind you that pcs have been doing that since forever.
Hah. 20 years later I’m back to square 1.
It needs TITS Jerry!
I didn’t know you can swap SSDs like memory cards. That must mean you can duplicate the saves on there and give your friend all your games for free, right?
I guess your saying history repeats itself with every generation.
the time is now to stop supporting systems that don’t accept any/most 3rd party USB drives
