The fact they didn’t spoil any of the Hoth invasion, AT-ATs, AT-STs, Snow Speeders, etc was insanely reserved of them by today’s standards. Also not showing any significant pieces of the Luke vs Darth Vader fight, the “Noooo!”, etc. It’s like they knew how impactful those images would become in the future and actually preserved their impact.
Man, something got lost in translation when they digitally remastered everything.
Star Wars lost a lot of the grunge that made it so immersive. It’s partly the loss of the film grain but everything looks so unnatural now that it’s been digitally touched up to perfection.

Nice zingers thrown in there: “A galactic odyssey against oppression”
[He reminds me of the narrator from Rocky and Bullwinkle](https://youtu.be/0yZ3hEpyaD8?t=73)
They included C-3PO removing the Wampa warning sign that got deleted.
This might be the MOST chipper and upbeat I’ve ever heard Harrison Ford.
This is great. I started out listening to Ford, but then got swept up in the trailer itself.
Wasn’t that Mark Hammil that spoke second?
Back when trailers didn’t ruin it by telling you the entire movie
Empire Strikes Back is still the best Star Wars film

Unthinkable by todays standards
> Epic of romance
LOL.
“What are you doing space-sister”.
Man, can you imagine having seen only the first Star Wars film, then seeing
* Princess Leia captured by stormtroopers
* Vader torturing Han
* a lightsabre flying into someone’s hand
That would have blown my mind and I would have been going absolutely bonkers speculating on what was going to happen.
I remember watching this when I was about 5 or 6 in the early 90’s and it blew my mind then.

Remember when Star Wars movies were good?
“You’ll laugh, you’ll cry. You’ll kiss three bucks goodbye.”
Romance according to SW:
Getting all up in the Leia’s space and pointing sternly at her.
Also sister kissin’ but no one knew at the time so I’ll let it slide. lol
man, I miss a pre-Disney Star Wars
