True story. In the early nineties my friends and I went to a local bar on campus (University of Tennessee) because one of my friends wanted to see a band playing there because he said the lead singer was hot. There ended up being maybe thirty people there. It was No Doubt.
I saw her open for 311 back in 1996. I think she was wearing this exact outfit. Ha.
