Is this game worth it? I’ve heard some really bad things about it.

I got a dope legendary boost pack like 30 minutes into the game off some random pirate, so weird
I saw a video showing you could get legendary drops by turning the difficulty to Very Hard and entire a dungeon, and then turn the difficulty back down to normal when you get in there.
I don’t have an Xbox/PC so I haven’t done it myself but it worked in the video.
the first one i got was a helmet sitting on a stand in the first pirate building you have to clear lol.
There are so many Skyrim references. I’ve found one thieves guild one referencing Delvin going down the main quest line
I wish legendaries were interesting. Sadly, they are not. I got around 20 by now and I’m level 17. It’s not unique gear, just a normal weapon with three perks that are not really exciting. It start to feel like Outer World when it comes to weapon. Good thing the environment and different locations is where the real excitement is for me because they absolutely delivered in Starfield. Also the quests are really good.
