I went through the same lol, with that same toy controller, once my son realized I didn’t use the fisher price, he was like nah, I want the real one.
Exactly the same issue, same attempted solution and same result. I think it’s because of the glowing power button on the controller that they like them so much

But the analog sticks look so yummy! I’m in the same boat as you. I re-introduce my extra controller to my son every week untill he’s ready to play it with his hands instead of his mouth lol.

Start pretending to play with the fake controller and see if she takes that one away instead.

im sure this pic is just a fun social media pic. as I have that controller and and xbox and took a similar pic, I wasnt actually playing games with her. But if you are. you should prob stop, shouldnt even be watching TV at that age.
As a father to a 3 year old let me warn you, no controllers will ever be better than the one you are currently using. But that’s OK because she likes swinging a little toy around while I play genshin and that keeps her pretty distracted

Just be careful, I had a niece who chewed the rubber off both analog sticks before I even knew what was happening. You’re better off giving her a Mad Catz equivalent controller.
