I would have loved to buy one in 2020. Now, in 2023 I still dont think Ive ever seen one for sale in the wild (not that I go out looking often) but, I have zero interest now.
This can lead to a big case of buyers remorse at this stage.
It was the same with graphics cards on PCs. You wait months/years to buy one, finally get it, only to find it’s now somewhat old tech.
You then see all the new stuff arriving after only a short time of you owning that PS5 or GPU, it can lead to the feeling that it was a really bad move buying it these days at RRP.
Easy to forget that this is actually several years old by this point.
Wow very beautiful view I wish to get a PS5 some day.
Loving Video Games in 3rd world country is so hard, just looking at stuff knowing you will never been able to Afford. 😢

Hope the scalpers are stuck with a surplus that they never get rid of
Wow that’s a lot of PS5s! So strange how scalpers were trying to sell’s these and now they can’t
I’m glad I waited because I came to the realization it didn’t really have any exclusives that made me want to buy it personally.
Everything it had that I was interested in also appeared on PC.
Demon’s Souls was the closest thing but it would’ve literally been the only game and I would’ve regretted paying so much for it.
Nature is healing.
Since last year… these haven’t been out of stock anywhere since last year.
Been like that for almost a year now.
Op, are you internet explorer? Bit late on this.
I am pretty sure PS5s have been readily available since around September or October of 2022.
Sometimes I’m tempted to get a PS5, then I realize all their games are coming to PC anyways, and I save myself $600.
I bought a PC instead and now I don’t even have the motivation to get one anymore.
We still karma whoring this shit?
We gotta be like less than 3 years away from the PS6 at this point right?
Yeah this along with the insane GPU pricing/shortages was probably one of the darker times for console/PC gaming in history.
Really hope there’s tons scalpers stuck with truckloads of them desperate to get rid of them.
Scalpers are done scalping. Now the stores can do it haha 😂
well if you see ps5 sold at costco, you know the economy is back on track
Yep, now the only thing preventing me from getting one is the lack of £500 😄
I have still never seen one in the wild.

Imagine you bought a PS5 from a scalper just to have zero games for it.

Oh, so they dropped back down to 399?

Great, instill don’t want one
Hasnt this been the case for months now?
Jesus. This community is so toxic sometimes.
I’m just glad they’re available to those that want them.
