Haven’t watched the show in a couple of decades. I remember when Toadie was in High School during the series. Absolutely hit me like a wave of nostalgia seeing some of the people from back then still on the show.
Very sad that it is ending as it was always one of the more pleasant and wholesome soaps. Coronation Street and EastEnders are extremely shouty and mean-spirited in comparison.
I thought it was hilarious when they brought up all the deaths. I imagine a cop doing some research and saying ‘d’you know there have been 64 car crash fatalities where the driver lived in Ramsay St, 28 murders and 6 ods in the last 37 years? There’s also been 8 house fires, 69 break ins, 5 poisonings and 9 electrocutions. Harold has some explaining to do…’
I grew up with Home and Away myself, but I was wondering how they brought back so many characters from the past storyline wise? I assume some of the returning characters were originally killed off.

Not watched the show in years, but that genuinely brought a tear to my eye.
To be honest I was expecting the street to explode.
Must be 20 years since I’ve seen this but this looked like a good send off. Mixing the theme songs together was particularly inspired

Sweet ending. Hard to believe it won’t be on anymore.
So odd seeing Guy Pearce and Kylie Minogue in a soap setting in 2022.
Kyle and Jason encased in Demin. Perfect.
Suddenly Guy Pearce
No Margot Robbie then?

Damn, used to watch this at 5.30pm after the kids shows had finished, it’s been a couple of months since then of course.
