This is in the Netherlands, going from The Hague to Utrecht. The video is almost 25 minutes in length.
It gives you a nice view of Dutch roads infrastructure. Notice the absence of potholes. Also notice how disciplined the other traffic is. Keeps to the right and lets the ambulance pass on the left.
They have a few of these videos on their channel. The one from the motorcycle pov are even better 🙂
Seems like a waste of resources to me.
