My dog boops me really hard with his nose when he wants scratches. That would be cute but he often chooses to boop me in the crotch when I’m not looking.

I have 3. Who have realized touching me w their wet noses drives me crazy. I just keep one arm free for petting at all times now
Mine does this
My sister’s dog will tap on your arm if you stop petting him, sort of in a petting motion. He’s also greedy enough that if you are petting him with one hand and your other arm is in reach he will tap that arm too. Come on you got two of those things, really get in there.
My dog does this. He loves being loved.
My friend has a husky and she did the same thing
