I nominate that one Microsoft guy during the xbox one launch. People were pissed that it was going to require an internet connection to use and when asked about he said something a long the lines of “we have a product for those people, it’s called the xbox 360”. They fucked up that launch so bad it’s still killing the brand to this day. Xbox and PS were pretty much neck and neck at time and ps has killed them ever since
