There is a glitch that allows people to “play” SF6 before it was officially online, so people ended up with most of the features unavailable since it’s not out yet, then they review bombed the game and got it all the way down to mostly negative. This is so fucking dumb, you brute force the game to launch when it’s not ready yet, what do you expect.
I hope they anounce a new monster hunter made with PC and next gen in mind soon , rise is good but it feels like a downgrade from world in some aspects.
The remakes in particular have been stellar but it makes me apprehensive for MGS delta. The fact that it’s Konami makes me think they’re trying to cash in the goodwill Capcom and EA grew with RE and Dead Space Remakes. If it was virtually any other company, it’d be an easy day one buy but I think I’ll have to wait.
DMC, monster hunter world (far better than rise), RE7 (the start of the resident evil comeback hype), they haven’t been killing it recently. They’ve been killing it for years now.
The RE Engine has to be one of the main contribution here. While not the most visually beautiful compared to other popular engines, its flexibility just top tier.
Capcom is my only hope for legitimately getting excited for their games with their marketing.
Ever since MHW, it feels good to trust a publisher that seems to give a damm for actual quality. Even the remake of RE 3, which is probably their ‘worst’ product so far, is still pretty good
I really think Exoprimal’s gonna be their one flop. Then it’s back to nothing but smash hits.
God I really hope Dragons Dogma 2 follows this Trend!

I don’t like how people say “they’ve been killing it recently”. This has been going on for a couple of years now, and why not include dmc5.
