Wait for the RTX 9040 Ti Super Ultra release.
A GTX or RTX 0.090 would be overkill. Step down to a 0.070 Ti

Seriously though due to the way some of these gpu recognizers are programmed i heard if the starting number it reads is lower then it says its too bad to play and wont let you. Cant recall the nane of the game atm but its like it saying a high end gpu is too low as its numbering is velow a 100

The 4090 should come but for the love of God make sure your on a decent SSD.. your streaming huge amounts of data. Your lows will be unplayable
Make sure your Soundblaster card is outputted to your stereo amp, get your extended/expanded memory settings straight, check for IRQ conflicts, confirm Autoexec.bat is clean, and you should be able to run Excel without any hiccups. Unless it is 3DFX. Then you are screwed (see Thief: The Dark Project).

With how unoptimized some of the new AAA titles coming out are, it feels like these might be the only games my 3070 can handle.
Maybe you need the 1080FD with the floppy disk reader.

**NO** – if you are trying to run these games on the native versions of the operating system these were designed for (not an emulation\VM of these operating systems) then you wouldn’t have support for PCIe which would be required for for that GPU to run. Also driver issues as well as BIOS (not modern UEFI) would also create problems getting that hardware to to be detected.

these probably run faster on the DSP (sound processor) within a smartphone than they did on their original hardware.
