That photo was a very popular 1990 score baseball card. Had he not got injured he would have been the most popular athlete arguably ever. He was way bigger than Jordan during this time frame.
If you arent old enough to remember bo Jackson in his prime, you just don’t get how much of a force he was. Imagine a faster Derrick Henry who could hit a baseball like Giancarlo Stanton. He was one of the greatest athletes of all time and if he doesn’t get hurt against the Bengals, he might be a hall of famer in both sports.
Anyone here old enough to remember the cartoon with him, Gretzky, and Jordan?

War Eagle! It was fun being an Auburn fan when Bo & Barkley were on campus at the same time. Barkley has joked that when he talks to Bo, he calls him Number 2, since he was the best athlete to come out of Auburn. Bo says he lets him (Barkley) think that. 💙🧡
It’s really unfortunate that we were all robbed of his potential greatness. Now we can all just wonder what would have been.
