I used to draw maps in a notepad in order to know where I was at that moment
This was a fun part of pre internet era gaming. Not unusual for games designed that you needed to keep notes and make some maps on the side to solve puzzles, identify hidden side areas, progress main quest.
From the more complex UO comes to mind to more simple, NES games such as Shadowgate on NES. Sometimes would rent a game and find a prior person to rent the game left notes in the case.
Interesting how information transmitted pre internet. One of the fun parts of arcade games was the word-of-mouth process through which kids learned to figure out the fatalities for a game like Mortal Kombat. Made it awesome when someone pulled Kano’s finishing move out their back pocket. Too easy when you can just.. look it up.
yes
Oui
wow…. um nope lol just you but good job!
Dude I barely have time to play, much less graph it
I don’t but I do have a game journal I make in a spreadsheet organizing and categorising the games I’ve played
Yes.
I make entire plot boards to keep track of events and characters in narrative heavy games lol.
You know there is a map in-game in roboquest right? Go to the museum and look at the world tab.
I do in a notebook, what software are you using?
Go to the bar tonight and say hi to the person next to you, you need it
what’re you using to do the render?
