Good for her. I’m sure you’re proud of her.
That’s awesome!
The bullshit thing about that test, is most natural born citizens couldn’t even pass it.
Welcome!
Hell yeah, well done! Where did she immigrate from?
Welcome to family. Pick a side. Lol. JKing.
Congratulations
What happens if you fail the test?
Woooooo. Good for her!!!
Congratulations! It took me over 20 years to get around to it and it was a huge relief after it was done.
EDIT: My favorite thing from the application form is the question about whether am i “a habitual drunkard”.
Yeah! Good going!
I love all these posts!
Thanks for sharing, it reminds me of things we take for granted.
Congratulations
That’s awesome! Congrats!
Congratulations 🎉!
Looks like you finally twisted her arm enough…. <rimshot>
Congratulations!!!!
Looks like she fought hard for that citizens test!
The officer asked me who the Vice President is and I looked at him and said “c’mon man, I really studied for this” lol. Congrats to your wife.
Congrats to her and your family! Genuine question – how can she live here for that long without being a citizen? I don’t know much about citizenship, but would this mean she had to get work visas renewed every few years or something?
Lol, when I took my test, he asked me how many stripes were on the flag. He had like five pictures of the flag up on the wall behind him.
I got my citizenship last year around this time! That picture looks like the Norfolk office, am I right?
Bravo! [applause]
Outstanding, citizen, well done!
I really want to get my mom to take this test but she is afraid of the cost.🥺
That’s fantastic! Did she take advantage of the age+length of permanent residence exemption and do the interview and test in German?
Hope things pick up
